Each day, Kurt looks forward to taking advantage of all the opportunities that come his way. As part of the Ernest family for more than nine years, we’ve enjoyed watching him use his experience and knowledge (not to mention a pretty impressive list of contacts) to make a real difference for the company and his clients. Perhaps it’s his attitude about going after every opportunity that makes him so passionate about his work, golf and cycling.

Spending time with good people is something Rick is really passionate about. That’s why he loves golf so much, because it gives him plenty of time to enjoy his companions on the green. But, one of his favorite things about the game is that it tells you a lot about a person. That attentiveness to people is something that shows up in a lot of areas of his life. From the time spent coaching his kids to his role as a trusted advisor with customers, Rick is always taking in the details so he can help bring out the best in people and processes.

You might call Eric the ultimate fan. Whether it’s his family, his favorite sports teams, or his fellow co-workers, he’s always rooting people on and showing his support. Maybe that’s why he’s such an amazing mentor for our Customer Relationship Managers and our customers, too. Whether you’re talking about new ideas, individuals, or our customers’ businesses, he loves seeing things move forward. And anywhere he can make a contribution, he will.

When you ask Kevin what he loves about working at Ernest, he’ll tell you, “The company vision and reputation can’t be beat, but it’s the people, their energy and capabilities that make all the difference.” With his can-do attitude and powerful enthusiasm it’s a perfect match. Plus, he’s fun to be around. He loves a good movie, like “The Godfather” or “Goodfellas,” is a big football fan and enjoys a great book (The DaVinci Code and Red Storm Rising are two favorites). What more can you ask for in a colleague and a collaborator?
