Mentoring is a way of life for Dave. Whether he's ensuring his children are well rounded and confident or demonstrating for his sales team how to really find out what customers need, he is always passionate about sharing what he knows. He really enjoys connecting with customers to uncover ways that Ernest can help them improve their operational efficiency. From spending time at their offices to joining industry associations outside of packaging so he has first-hand knowledge of their biggest challenges, he takes the time to listen and learn.

Dave also has an adventurous spirit. When he's not taking care of his team members, customers and family, he enjoys heading off to the Sierras to fish or ski. He also loves to experience new places and cultures through travel. Some might say he's a student of life!

Commitment is an Ernest Packaging hallmark and Jamie demonstrates that characteristic in every aspect of her life. Since she joined our customer service team at the tender age of 17, she has shown her dedication and support to every department and many of our customers. Jamie puts her heart into everything she does — at work, at home with her loving family, and even as an avid fan of actor Johnny Depp.

Considering that she calls herself an "Ernest lifer," we're pretty sure we can count on Jamie staying here for the long haul. Unless, of course, she wins the lottery. In that case, we hope she'll take her entire Ernest family on a vacation before retiring young!
