For Ross, hopping on his motorcycle is a great way to relax and unwind. With a big job at Ernest, and a family that includes a lovely wife and four kids, we understand why it might be nice to get out on the open road every now and then. But Ross isn’t the type to spend too much time away. He loves taking on challenges and even reports getting a little “adrenaline rush” when he knows he’s given a customer exactly what they need.

Dan doesn’t let a day pass by without enjoying every moment - in work and play. His positive attitude and love for exploring the world around him make him a leader in his field. He is a pillar of strength to co-workers and in his community where he helps fundraise for a local high school. Dan knows that we can’t just hope for a better future, we have to be part of the solution.
