That’s number 10! And time to celebrate. Luckily we have J Mascis in the house to help us do just that. This multi-instrumental master takes this episode to a place Cardboard Sessions has never gone before. To one-man-band territory. Mascis rocks all 3 cardboard creations for one energetic and electric multi-track mashup. The epic Fender guitar, bass and maple drums kit are on full display.

Mascis’s massive power chords and ever-evolving songwriting chops have found a home with a number of worthy bands like Dinosaur Jr, Sebadoh, Deep Wound and the Velvet Monkeys. And as arguably one of the most definitive guitarists in the last 50 years, we could not have picked a better artist to bring home episode 10.

Mixed with a bit of alt-rock, indie, a touch of punk, and a skosh of purple sparkle take a listen to this latest special savvy sesh. When it comes to Cardboard Sessions, the creativity never stops. It’s been an epic journey so far, and we are just getting started.
