Ryan Harris, General Manager

Ryan Harris is a people person, which makes him a great DCR for two reasons: he understands the importance of every single customer interaction and he’s an excellent motivator for his team. Whether he’s out in the field or in the office, Ryan loves watching his people grow and helping them make every day count. A highly focused leader, he gives everyone on his team the tools they need to succeed and add value for every client. Ryan loves working at Ernest because everyone shares his positive attitude, strong work ethic, and selfless approach. Plus, he loves that we do things differently. He does, too! When he’s not busy driving success at work, Ryan enjoys his role as a dedicated husband and father. He loves to read, and plays basketball and golf in his free time. At the end of the day his family always comes first, which makes him a perfect fit for the Ernest family, too.
