Trevor Rusinyak, General Manager

When it comes to leading his team to the top, Trevor is all in. He’s passionate about people, professional development, and results. His motto is, “Hard work beats talent if talent doesn’t work hard.” But ultimately, it all comes down to helping people live their best life both on the sales front and in their personal lives. With well over a decade’s experience leading high-performing sales organizations under his belt, Trevor shares his skills and offers the kind of accountability that people respond to. He’s the guy you want to work for if you’re ready to create a plan for your future, which is why we’re thrilled he’s on our team.

Outside of the office, Trevor spends most of his free time with his three kids. He loves exploring new places with them and sharing time in the great outdoors. As a former collegiate football player, he’s an avid sports enthusiast, although these days golfing and skiing are his favorites. While Trevor’s competitive spirit still runs strong, it’s his caring nature that makes him an excellent team leader.
