Ernest Packaging Solutions Welcomes Newest Family Member!

We’re so excited to introduce our new Vice President of Operations, Mike Pichotta!
Though Mike is new to the Ernest Team, his face is a familiar one: He’s known the Wilson family and many of his new co-workers and employees for more than 25 years through prior client-vendor relationships.
Of his very first day of work at Ernest Packaging Solutions, Pichotta says, “It wasn’t like I was starting anew. I feel like these people are already family to me.”
Mike brings to the Ernest family 8 years of experience as VP of Sales for Pregis, the leading global provider of innovative protective packaging materials & systems (www.pregis.com). Prior to Pregis, Mike was general manager for Amcor Packaging.
With Mike comes superior sales, management and customer-focused skills, which are invaluable talents in an industry where both employee and customer satisfaction are crucial to growth. With Pichotta’s unique experience, he looks forward to bringing his charm and intelligence to our company.
Pichotta is also thrilled to be joining Ernest Packaging Solutions’ quirky company culture, and is enthusiastic about developing meaningful relationships with colleagues through interactive office fun.
“I work hard, and I like to have a lot of fun,” Pichotta said. “I’m eager to build the business and have fun in the process.”
Outside the office, Mike enjoys spending active time with his family, pursuing outdoor activities like riding dirtbikes in the desert, waterskiing and jetskiing, and hitting the slopes for some snowboarding. He is also a big sports fan.
