Some people are our kind of packaging material. Others, not so much. Fortunately, Vice President of Talent Vince Vincent knows how to gently tell some of our stranger applicants, “thanks, but no thanks.”

We’re glad we have a gatekeeper like Vince, because our workplace is only for the best of the best. We’re way more than just people who make packaging. We’re innovators! We’re creators! We’re the people you look at and say, “Those crazy sons of guns actually did it!” We’re always looking for ways to expand the way people look at packaging — even if we have to make custom cardboard drum kit to prove it.

It’s been over 70 years since he started Ernest Packaging Solutions with his brother in an L.A. garage, and over the years he’s definitely surrounded himself with people who share his vision.
