For much of America, the transition from fall to winter is signified by shorter days, thick coats and the knowledge that at some point you will get caught in a wind and rain storm. And your packaging is no different. Wind along with rain or sleet can be a bad combination for packaging that isn’t prepared to get wet.

We know you’re sitting there and thinking to yourself, “What’s the worst that water can do?” Well, let’s allow physics to answer that question. Behold, the power of a 60,000 psi water jet!

In case you’re wondering, that is a stream of water so powerful that it makes quick work of one of those giant jawbreakers. Also, here is a water stream slicing a DSLR camera in half if you’re curious (and we know you are!). The point is, if your  packaging isn’t ready to sit on a doorstep for a few hours as a weather system akin to Armageddon takes its toll, well you’ll be up a creek without a paddle. Lucky for you, that is where we come in!

See, we’re used to big messy challenges. Like when our President, Tim Wilson, took on a hurricane in one of our earliest The Ernest Challenge videos.

Tim proves that Ernest has the stuff to keep your packages dry even in the most inclement of weather. Want to learn more? Contact us today to see how our unique approach to custom package design will seek out anything that your package could encounter on its journey. And to finish the job, we protect it from the weather’s worst.
